Im going to marry my fiance that lives in ghana (over there) and come back to the u.s which form do I file? and is there something I send with the forms?

Do not file the I-129f for the K-3. It's a waste if time and money.

File only the I-130 for the CR-1.

I was told by immigration if you're married,and filed for fiancee visa,and the I 130

They automatically throw out the fiance visa,bc you're married.
