Hi

Just wondered if people normally get touched after the interview. The guy that interviewed us yesterday said that our status will change, but nothing has happened yet.He also said that we will probably get the EAD now that the interview has been done, but we have not had any touches on that since we got the rfe for the aos. I know it has only been a day since the interview but i am just hoping to get the EAD sometime soon.

If you were approved at your AOS interview then your EAD is usless... you dont need it... you greencard will cover you for work and travel....

I had no touches after my interview... but most people do...

If you were not approved at interview then yes you will still need your EAD to allow you to work...

Yes...it is normal to have your case "touched" after the interview.

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

I need my EAD because we were approved pending fbi checks...and who knows how long that could take
