but as aaron2o2o said you can't lie about specific information the embassy ask you for, be honest and its up to the CO discretion to approve or denial based on the offense, not sure it its apart of K1 process but you may be able to apply for rehabilitation

also bear in mind that questions about your criminal background is repeatedly asked on different forms and if you are not honest this will consider as deceiving and even being ban for life as aaron2020

Expungements in Jamaica? which one?

The judicial system may take years (getting KD ot Tavares-Finson may help) If they would take the case,

however still has to be disclosed to USA on all forms its required , expungement or not.

The bandooloo system ( a hook up) will definitely get the person arrested on the embassy grounds, a few

ppl have made the news, with even simple, bandooloo job letters & bank statements now taken to jail .

Police record system has changed in JA I think the US gave them those finger/palm print machines

Get complete record and explain at interview, I think if no violence or gun involved, years passed,

they listens up there to explanations

If it was some kind of misdemeanor I'd go get a letter

official from the court officially stating that & take along

because the police record I think just state* your name shows

on record*...right?...in the meantime relax & pray..stress

changes nothing goodluck,
