Hi, I had my interview for my green card on Thursday December 5th, and we were approved!!! I had my employment card, which they took back because it was no longer valid now that I was approved for a green card. The problem is, I have a job interview on Monday December 9, how will I prove I am legally allowed to work? The guy who did our interview said it would take about 2 weeks to get the card in the mail

What do I do if I am offered a position after the interview?

You can give your employer your social security number, and they can use the E-Verify number to check you are legal.

Yeah it was, I thought it was going to take a lot longer. I'm from Winnipeg, Manitoba, what about you?

I'm from windsor ontario, and visit Winnipeg every summer! Beautiful city! Missing my roots from time to time.
