I am filing a petition for my spouse and my stepson and while filling out the i765 i was unsure what to put on line item who may file for i-765 eligibility category also the i-485 asks for an i-94 i could find my wifes i-94 online but not my stepsons is it the same? Could i file the i-485 without this information?
