I-864 joint Sponsor

I was RFE and need joint sponsor information. Would the following be sufficient:

• Form I-864
• 2012, 2011, & 2010 Tax Transcript from IRS
• 3 Most Recent Paystubs
• Employment letter
• Copy of Passport (Evidence of U.S. Citizenship)

Do I need the past 3 year tax transcript or will 2012 be sufficient?

Do I need the tax returns or are the tax transcripts good enough?

Where can I get the tax transcripts and how long does it take? Can you get them at the local IRS office?

Tax Transcripts are always best. Yes you can go to local office and get them same day.

List looks good. only most current year is required. But if you are picking up transcripts why not just get all 3 years. Just for safe measure. If check stub is year to date most current is all thats needed.

Although it said Optional I included both 2011 and 2012 tax returns, plus the W2 for both years. If you have them, why not. I received a checklist for an error on the form but not for the tax returns. Good Luck
