Hi i was wondering do i have to send my co sponsor and his wife W2, i134 for support, , proof of status, Pay stubs and etc . since they file a joint income tax return . Its says together they made $80,000 or can i just sent his stuff and it will be ok. He makes $50,000+ for himself. Just trying to make sure i send the right stuff

I would send in just his information (tax transcripts, pay stubs, etc) but get her info as well, if possible. You'll probably not use it at all, but just to be on the safe side.

Also, don't forget proof of citizenship for them (long form birth certificates or all pages of passport).

Proof of citizenship is asked for when using a joint sponsor for the I-864. I advise people to bring the same proof for a co-sponsor with the I-134 just in case they are asked for it. Proof for the affidavit of support is not the same as for the petition. They only need a copy of US birth certificate(long form is not specified), naturalization, the biographical page only of a US passport or front and back copy of green card.

OP > There is no combining of incomes with the I-134. If the dad's income meets the requirement for his own household size plus the foreign fiance(e), then his individual income and documentation should be all that is needed. Provide his most recent tax transcript and his W-2 to show his individual income, letter from employer and/or recent pay stub(s).
