Hi VJ member

Today i went for the interview for my K1 visa, but interview was messed up im kind of worried my visa wont be approval,

1) Us Embassy in singapore never receive my medical report ( CLinic delay sending out my medical report )

2) 1-34 form was send via email by my fiance after he fill up and send back to me and i printed out and was rejected due to they need the original copy with singnature

3) The consular hand me a form written under 221(g) and told me Aramex and before he hand me all those form he ask me to sign DS-156K form below and scan my thumb print and told me that i need to get married within 90 days, and advise me to ask my fiance to mail original copy of 1-34 direct to embassy,he never ask me anything or see my photo of proof and just said will wait for the document..

Any VJ member out there encounter my experience? would my visa wont be approval due the all this problem,im super worried and panic

If the 221(g) is just for the submission of additional documents then it is actually good news because the consulate is giving you a chance to send them the required documents that were missing. You should get your fiance to send in the original I-134 asap and follow up with the clinic to make sure the medical report is sent in as well. Did the embassy take your passport?

Nope.. I got 221(g) as well and asked me to submit the certified divorce copy since it was the only documents they want me to provide after the interview. All other original documents were provided to them during the interview. And if they asked you to register to ARamex then do it. After they receive the original I-34 they will send you email to drop your passport to ARamex. Keep your faith and who knows it will be your early Christmas present after all.. Good luck :)

it's not 'denied',

but rather,

the IV Unit wants more documents

and

they specifically listed what they wanted in the 221(g) document and

they listed specifically how to get it back to the IV Unit in the 221(g) document.

transit for medical exam can be handled easily, either by you or the clinic, into the IV Unit

This 'trick' of emailing stuff around the world for the I-134 doesn't work. You learned that, personally. An original signature is an original signature.

Why would you bet your existence on an emailed I-134 ? I can only surmise that your super worry and panic stems from the outcome of your decision to utilize email for a scanned I-134 document.

Luckily, for you, the IV Unit has given you an opportunity to fix this. Cease your panic, cease your worry. Give them exactly what they are asking for, delivered exactly in the manner they mentioned.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !!

Still panicking? go eat 2 kilos of curry laksa - that'll knock you out for a day or so.

usually that's an indication that your visa packet is on it's way out their door, to your door.

Usually.
