Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read/reply.

My father will be filing the I-130 for me shortly, and I wanted to make sure that I had all the documents that would be required.

Curently I have:

A cover letter

Certified copy of relatives birth certificate (Long and short)
Certified copy of parents marriage certificate
*Certified copy of parents divorce
Copy of relatives passport
Copy of front of Green Card
Copy of back of Green Card

*My father is now remaried to a U.S citizen, it is necessary that he includeds his mariage certificate to her?
