hello! what does the ready status (updated 2 times) after 221g means and how long before i should actually get my passeport back?

Keep checking, soon it will change to "issued". Then, usually it will take a week after "issued" till you get your visa.

10-14-13- Called Embassy to set-up Interview. email confirmation same day

10-16-13-Medical Done (1day)

10-29-13- Interview Date -APPROVED

10-29-13- VISA ISSUED( CEAC)

2006: Met online and started chatting

July 14, 2010: Officially a couple

November 04, 2010: Finally met in Dubai

November 14, 2010: Engaged

November 17, 2010: Left Dubai to go back to the US

January 2, 2011: Moved back to Dubai

January 6, 2011: Officially got engaged by a priest

April 27, 2011: We're having a baby!

my fiance just had the same thing happen to her status.... so it will change from READY, and needing to scedule an appointment to ISSUED?

I already had my interview so i wont need to schedule an appointment.

Sorry to ask here but I dont know where to go,

I got the 221g sheet asking for evidence of re establish of domicile. Thanks to these forums we have a lot of documentation to send to the embassy. But I would like to know how long they are going to take to issue my visa if I send everything in January? We are going to have a baby in April and he is going to be born in the US, so I need my passport ready before April to be able to travel with my wife and my daughter.
