Hi everyone,

I received an RFE for 3 seperate petitions for my kids. The same thing on each one to submitt a marriage certificate with the registrars name and date of registration. Each came with an envelope to mail back seperately. I copied the RFE for my records and I'm just sticking the copy of the certificate and the govt. paperwork into the enclosed envelopes. I was planning on mailing each with a mail confirmation label. Should I send it certified mail or add anything to the paperwork? I'm mailing it in the morning and I'd appreciate and suggestions.

ALL documents ever submitted to the USICS should ALWAYS be sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested OR by Registered Mail, Return Receipt Requested. Registered is the safest way to send mail. The postal service NEVER loses registered mail. It is also proper "etiquette."
