Questions about Affadavit of Support

Hey, I have a few questions abotu the I-864 Affadavit of Support:

1.) I have a sponsor and a co-sponsor: My wife and her mother. My wife was unemployed until about 3 months ago. As far as a yearly income, should I just put "0$" ? Also, should I answer "no" where it asks whether or not she has submitted a tax return in the past 3 years? Again, she hasn't because she was unemployed...

2.) Do I need to submit the same financial evidence I amassed for my K-1 interview? In other words, what do I have to send along with the form to verify my claims? I've heard that I need the past 3 years tax returns... do I need anything else? Is it necessary for me to get recent paystubs, letters from employers, and such and so forth?

3) We are living at my wife's mom's house as it stands right now, and my wife's brother lives here as well... how does my wife fill out the "household size" portion of the form? She certainly has no dependents, which is the only way to contribute to the "household size" portion of the form... should she just list myself and her under the household size, despite the fact that her mother's I-864 states that there are four household members, including the two of us?

Thanks in advance. Anything would help!

Edit* - The instructions say that I need the joint sponsor's proof of citizenship as well? (Birth certificate or what-have-you). Am I reading this right? Is this the case?

She has a job and has been working for 3 months now, correct? Then why would state her annual current income is $0? Her hourly rate times how many hours per week she works then multiply that weekly amount by 52 weeks to get the annual income. You provide a letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs to prove that income amount.

If she has not filed taxes for the last 3 years, then she would not check the box for Part 6, #13. As per the instructions, she needs to include a statement as to why she was not legally required to file the last 3 years.

Only the information from the last 3 tax returns is required on the I-864. You are only required to submit the most recent tax transcript with the form. Yes, you should also include a letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs for the mother as well. She would use her current annual income, not what she made in 2012.

5. Item Number 11.a. - 11.c. Citizenship/Residency.

Proof of U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident status is required for joint and substitute sponsors and for
relatives of employment-based immigrants who file this form. Petitioning relatives who have already filed proof of
their citizenship or immigration status with Form I-129F, Form I-130, Form I-600 and Form I-600A do not need to
submit proof of their status with this form.

Proof of U.S. citizen or national status includes a copy of your birth certificate, certificate of naturalization, certificate
of citizenship, consular report of birth abroad to citizen parents, or a copy of the biographic data page of your U.S.
passport.

Sorry for double-quoting, but does that need to be a long-form birth certificate? Her mother doesn't have a passport, so I'm going to have to go the birth-certificate route.

They are not as strict about the citizen proof as they are for someone filing a petition, in that case you need long form or a copy of the entire passport front to back. The joint sponsor just needs a copy of their US birth certificate or the bio page of US passport. A copy of her US birth certificate should probably suffice. If you want to play it entirely safe, she could order a long form of her birth certificate.
