Got our case number but no hard copy of NOA2 yet and no

Letter from NVC yet, we only called them last night and ask if they have received

Our files and they said yes they received it last December 27th.. Waiting for the letter from

NVC to arrive so we could start getting appointment for medical exam and

Interview at USEM! Happy New year everyone :)

8-25-2014 - Appointment letter Received (Biometrics) Dated for 8/29/14

8-27-2014 - Early Walk-in SUCCESSFUL!

Happy New year to everyone!!!!!......finalempress have you called NVC about your case number? Is there a trend on how long is taking the NVC on assigning the case# and forwarded to the US Embassies overseas?

Been calling everyday since I got the notification that it was shipped to NVC but still not case number as yet. From what I am seeing the trend is that most people get their case number within 2 weeks of approval (NOA2) by calling the NVC. My 2 weeks was officially up yesterday new years day, but seeing as there was the christmas and new years holidays to contend with the process may have slowed down a bit so I am hoping that by Monday I can get some good news. But as with everything when it comes to this process there really is no norm on getting responses on cases. So for now it's back to the waiting game again. At least we are one step closer to end.
