Everybody, I had my interview today! I AM APPROVED!! :) unbelievable happy and now I can finally celebrate!! I need a german beer hahaha

Thanks.. I really hope this means the visa wil be issued soon.. 5+ weeks delay because of 3 missing checkboxes.. Ludicrous! But I'm afraid of being too excited because there's still plenty that can go wrong! I am afraid to celebrate until the visa is actually in my fiance's hand, and even then,the plane could crash or something :unsure:

08/13/2014 - Applied for SSN

08/19/2014 - Received Social Security Card

08/22/2014 - Obtained Marriage License

09/08/2014 - We are married!

09/18/2014 - Filed I-485 & I-765

09/26/2014 - NOA 1 / I-485 & I-765

10/23/2014 - Biometrics Appointment

11/07/2014 - EAD card ordered to be produced
11/17/2014 - Employment Authorization card received!

We're still waiting... And I can't do anything. No one to press or contact to get things moving along... :(

My fiance keeps reminding me it's all in His timing, but I'm so sick and tired of waiting... It's now been one year since we've been together and it's just so hard. :(

Yes, i feel you. It sucks having to wait this long. When calling USCIS they say they are working on December 17th filers . They should of have approved November filers and then December filers. By looking at IGOR's list they have been approving JANUARY and MAY filers...but i think i know why...and it's making me upset.

Just learned the visa was actually issued and mailed on Friday! My fiance might be here this time next week :)

Unfortunately, he won't get to meet my grandmother, who has loss consciousness and should be gone within the next day or two at most. It's as if they were waiting to make sure he wouldn't meet her!

So glad I got my congressman involved :) Best of luck to everyone still waiting.. I know how dark and hopeless the tunnel seems, but there is light at the end of it...
