HEY Katushka!! Can you believe November filers still haven't been approved!? Geesh and we thought we had it bad in December! I'd be steaming mad.

All November Filers: You should definitely have your congressman send in an inquiry. It really does help.

Yes Jon York, its really unbelievable that they haven't approved them before a lot of recent filers! and yes you have to get yur congressman get involved!!!! The majority who contacted their congressman get's approved within a week or 2!

We did already. Here's what we did so far:

Senator's help- 2 months ago and still waiting for new update.

Expedite request - Wasn't granted due to pending security check.

Service request - Pending adjudication.

So far, no NOA2 yet.

I saw a lot of December filers got approved,but how about us?

but the congressman will help you..USCIS has 48 hrs to response to congressional inquiriesss and yes i know how you would feelll!!! i would be maddd aswellll!!! i was mad when seeing January filers and others getting approved while i'm still waiting..you do deserve your approval!!

I will tell that to my fiance, He got so mad when he talked to the tier2 the last time. My friend who is a December filer got approved before us, even if her fiance has rape history and went to jail.

That what made my fiance mad and doesn't want to deal with USCIS people.

yes everyone was persuading us to contact our congressman when the 6 months were up,, which i didn;t pay attention but then i was like mad because i was seeing June filers get approved so i contacted my congressman..i still haven't gotten an approval but i received HOPE! and WOWWWWWW RAPE CHARGESSS and approved....??? THAT'S NOT FAIRR!!!!

I know it won't bring good to compare timeline. But it is so unfair knowing that we've waited so long, even without rfe. And the one who thought they will get denied because of rape charges and went to jail, suddenly got approved.

My hope is running thin.
