We too will be hitting six months this week!! We put in a service request....Result: "Case is pending"...and now I have my Congressman's office helping. They say five months is an average, I just hate being on the back side of that average . Hopefully this will be our week.

I feel the same way. I have soooo much hope this month despite of the stress and frustrations.

Hitting 6months in 2days from Noa1.

Senator is not updating on us anymore.

Expedite request is not granted.

Service request is pending.

Email to USCIS director will be send tomorrow.

Fiance will call USCIS tomorrow too.

Good luck to us and to those still in the long wait.

Thanks man, I appreciate it! Yeah, I just want to call later to see if the case has at least arrived at the NVC (over 3 weeks now). But I understand that I need the physical letter before scheduling an interview.

Hey, here are a couple of questions - Is it best to make the appointment at the Embassy first, and then call for the medical appointment, or make sure one has the medical appt. first which will determine when to schedule the Embassy? I'm just concerned that it would be more difficult to re-schedule the Embassy interview, if a medical appt. is not available 2 or 3 days before. I know you can get the medical results on the same day if you go early, but I think it's best to leave an extra day before the Embassy interview to allow for any unforeseen delay (noa2 paranoia talking). If one can get the medical appt. any day, I guess it's not a problem to schedule the Embassy first...

Also, my fiancée read that the clinic is at a separate address from the medical registration site on Vtoraya Zvenigorodskaya Street. (The Embassy website does not tell you this) They give you a ticket there and then you have to go to Romanov Lane which is some distance away. Is this correct to your knowledge?

Thanks again!

Sorry for the late response. The medical Diana scheduled on her own, I am not really sure how she did all of that. From what I gathered she had no problem scheduling the medical but she set up everything about 3 weeks in advance so I doubt scheduling times were booked hardly at all. I would probably setup the medical first then the interview, if at all possible. Unless you plan on doing everything way in advance and giving yourself 2 weeks or more so that the schedule should be pretty clear.

I do know that the medical location is separate from the embassy, although I am not sure about the ticket or anything like that. Has your fiancée called them? They would probably be able to answer the questions better, I can ask Diana and see what she knows too.

No problem, and thanks. Yes, we'll be booking in advance too, and I guess booking the medical exam first makes sense, unless we are told by the clinic to do otherwise. My fiancée has not called yet, but there's a lot of info posted at the Russian fiancée's forum that she reads, and that appears to be the procedure right now (pay at one location, exam at another) according to the women who post about their experience, though they do not say which appointment they booked first, clinic or embassy.

A word to everyone still waiting for NOA2 - our thoughts are still with you, and hope this will be your week!

I am currently visiting my fiancé in the US, but this morning my mom called me really early to inform me that we had received Packet 3! Exactly one month after NOA2.

It does go a lot faster at this point, now I'm just hoping for an interview date in the next couple weeks!

Good luck to those still waiting, we keep crossing our fingers for you

My fiance received a letter from the senator's office stating that our petition is "pending for adjudication"

I hope it means something in favor to our approval.
