Could the people who have received their NOA2 and haven't updated their timeline, please update it? I know you are excited, but the community uses these for monitoring purposes.

Hang in there, it has to be coming soon! We were NOA2 at 6 months, and I had seen one other couple in this time frame too from October. Try to work with your congressional and senate offices. At this point, they may be able to intervene.[/

Thank you. Senator left us hanging already. Will try to email USCIS director this Monday.

I shouldn't be looking at new approvals from late filers. It's making me more frustrated.

Hoping to here something from fellow November filers or early than us. They give me more courage.

Great news, Foxxy! I don't know if you read my previous post, but make sure you have the medical results at the time of interview.

As of Friday, NVC still hadn't received our case, or at least it hadn't been entered into their system. They say nothing can be done before waiting 5 weeks, but hoping very much for this week.

Yeah we already scheduled medical appointment too. I wouldn't worry too much about your file getting to NVC. I would just sit back and wait for the letter they will mail you with your MOS # on it. Once you get it you can set everything up and schedule your interview.

It only took a week for Moscow to get our file so I bet you will be interviewing sometime in June like us (we chose a far out date because we are waiting for some papers I sent to get to her).

Thanks, Foxxy, I hope so - June would be great at this point, since we also may need a couple of weeks to book the flight from Vlad. I guess you know it's hard to resist calling, especially after waiting 6 months for NOA2 - one gets a little paranoid, but I'll try not to sweat it too much. : ) Anyway, best of luck to you guys with the interview, I'm sure it will go well, and you'll be on your way!

Just a reminder to those getting noa2's, please update your timelines. I have been tracking it for two weeks now and there is no change in the overview. Which is worrysome.

It is worrisome. I have been tracking also but still no change. :(

Hitting 6 months in 4 days. :(

My fiance is doing the formal letter to be send to the USCIS director. But would probably send it this coming Monday.

Hoping it will come soon.

The thing is you can call and get your MOS# but until the Moscow embassy emails you and tells you your fiancée can schedule her interview, you cant really do anything.

We tried to schedule it before we received this email and it gave us a message saying that the site administrator had to OK it before we could pick a date. That was because they had not finished processing our case.

So you can call and get the MOS# but really theres no point, by the time you receive the email, you will have received the letter from the NVC with your MOS# so calling is just kind of waste of time (especially with the 30-40 min hold times).

Now if you are wondering if your case has arrived to the NVC or not then I guess call, but really at this point everything is so much quicker and less ambiguous. Anyways let me know if you have any questions, will gladly help!

Thanks man, I appreciate it! Yeah, I just want to call later to see if the case has at least arrived at the NVC (over 3 weeks now). But I understand that I need the physical letter before scheduling an interview.

Hey, here are a couple of questions - Is it best to make the appointment at the Embassy first, and then call for the medical appointment, or make sure one has the medical appt. first which will determine when to schedule the Embassy? I'm just concerned that it would be more difficult to re-schedule the Embassy interview, if a medical appt. is not available 2 or 3 days before. I know you can get the medical results on the same day if you go early, but I think it's best to leave an extra day before the Embassy interview to allow for any unforeseen delay (noa2 paranoia talking). If one can get the medical appt. any day, I guess it's not a problem to schedule the Embassy first...

Also, my fiancée read that the clinic is at a separate address from the medical registration site on Vtoraya Zvenigorodskaya Street. (The Embassy website does not tell you this) They give you a ticket there and then you have to go to Romanov Lane which is some distance away. Is this correct to your knowledge?

Thanks again!

Ugh, that sucks, I thought all the November ones were done now :(

Have you contacted your senator etc?

That's what I thought also since the last time my fiance called USCIS is working with November filers. there are still November filers left.

We've done any possible things you can think of. From countless calls to the tier2, writing the senator, expedite request, service request. The last thing we'll gonna try is writing the USCIS director, but still no guarantee. :(

It really sucks! :(
