Today it is: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 13, 2013 andDecember 23, 2013*.

Actually I think that they count from NOA1 date, maybe I am wrong? unsure.png

so how long now from NOA2 until interview?

Well from what I've read, (since I haven't got an approval yet) it will go to NVC and from there to which ever Embassy your fiancee is from, so I would think a couple of weeks to months..

After NOA2 the petition gets transferred to NVC and that process can take up to 8 weeks to complete after which it gets sent to the individual/responsible consulate. So still more of the waiting game. ClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gif

Final Empress, this waiting is getting old fast!!! I know it's a long process ahead of me/us but I think I gave them enough information, I'm no criminal, why the long wait to make me worry, my holiday just sucks, thank God my love is being my rock to keep me focused..

I thought RFE ( request further evidence ) is requested/ sent before the approval notice.
