Hi again!

Thanks for clarifying...the original status display (i.e. from NVC to In-Transit) didn't look like what you described. But then, lo and behold, when I got up this morning, dates had appeared AND the status had changed to "Ready"!

Click on your case number at the bottom of the page. It might show your case number twice. Click on the bottom one.

Also, New Hampshire to Doha in 2 days flat?!? Gotta love DHL!! Or diplo courrier, do they use those?? So wonderfully speedy!

It sure has been quiet here

I noticed you got an RFE almost 5 months ago, did you hear anything from USCIS since then?

Now that you are at 5 months waiting at TSC, have you contacted them?

I decided to go ahead and call USCIS for any information on my NOA2. I have read their response on this thread before. They told me "TSC was currently working on applications submitted from October 22nd and they have a backlog". I swear I have read this EXACT response!! Also as an FYI for all of you waiting, I did not receive my NOA1 until 12/5/13 BUT they counted my case start date as the day I originally submitted my petition, 11/12/13. I think I will call again tomorrow :content: and the next day....and the next. If no NOA2 by 5/5/14 I will contact my congressman.

I got a similar response from USCIS today as well. I requested that I be put through to a Tier II officer since my application has gone past the 5-month mark ( Received Date of Nov. 7). The agent said that was unnecessary because my petition is still within standard processing time according to some internal USCIS estimate that those of us on the outside are not privy to. I was told they will not accept a service request for my case for another 16 days. And 16 days prior to November 7 is right around October 22, so at least they are being consistent in their answers.
