Today is the 4months mark of our petition.

2 days more to go before this week ends!

Hoping to hear something new.

Congratulations on new visa approvals.

I am getting discouraged about this whole thing. Fiance called USCIS yesterday and tier 2 officer told him that they are working on Oct 2 filers and that they will get to our NOA1 date in about 41 days (business days), I am just totally

speechless and frustrated.

Oh nooo! Seems like I'm looking for approval this May.

My fiancé will mail packet 3 tomorrow. Congratulations on the visa approvals. Especially for the couple who already booked their plane ticket.

Guys, those of you still waiting on your NOA2, please, please, hang in there. I have faith it will happen for you all. Life works in mysterious ways - just hang in there. I'm crossing fingers, checking in, hoping every day those of you still waiting get approved. Hang in there.

Those of you who are waiting for your NOA2s, hang in there!!! We're September filers and we just got ours last week and it was excruciating! But it'll happen, hopefully sooner rather than later...

I honestly found that it got easier once we passed the 5-mo mark because it gave us a leg to stand on when making inquiries. We ended up talking to Tier 2s, the Ombudsman's Office, and our home Senator before seeing any progress, so I would definitely suggest taking steps immediately. Plus, it just makes you feel better to be able to DO something finally!

Us too.. and I beg TSC to please go to older applications first.. The uncertainty of this is putting a lot of strain on my relationship, we're all feeling very helpless and somewhat hopeless. I think I will cry when I finally get our approval, if my relationship doesn't fall apart first..

Don't say that it!! It wont fall apart, we all know why we are going through this and it will be worth of it in the end.

There are ups and downs every week for us, and you guys are the only one who knows what we are going through.

I am also a November filer at TSC and I received my NOA1 on November 8. Just wanted to share an update. My fiancee called USCIS today and we were told that TSC is currently processing petitions from October 2 and that we should wait for another 30 35 days. I can imagine the situation that you all are stuck in and I wish us all the very best of luck with the rest of the process and everything else. I hope that things will work out quickly for all of us.
