Whoa, why did they get denied?

They don't know yet, they're still waiting for the notice of denial to come through mail.

They got rfe 2 months ago.

Our petition is heading to 4 months, but seeing November filers got approval somehow makes me happy. :)

OUR INTERVIEW IS ON MARCH 28, 2014!!! SO IN 6 daaayyss!!!!!

And the best it's one day after my baby buu's birthday :) hopefully the best birthday gift he ever got in his life then! :)

June 17th 2014- Received email notification that package is on it's way to NVC

June 30th 2014- Case left NVC, on way to Germany!

Our petition just arrived at Amsterdam today and they sent me packet 3 immediately after I emailed them. I will be sending packet 3 response back tomorrow and then it's waiting for our interview date :)

K1

18th Nov 2013 - Mailed K-1 visa application

22th Nov 2013 - Received NOA1 (with official receipt date of 20th Nov 2013 on the petition) from TSC

3rd March 2014 - Received NOA2 through email notification (101 days after NOA1)

10th March 2014 - Received hardcopy NOA2

12th March 2014 - Case shipped from TSC to NVC, notification through email

21st March 2014 - Received Case number from NVC after calling them

24th March 2014 - Case shipped to Amsterdam Consulate "in transit"

26th March 2014 - Case status changed to arrived "Ready"

26th March 2014 - Received packet 3 through mail, after contacting them through email

27th March 2014 - Returned Packet 3

3rd of April2014 - Received Packet 4 via post with interview data ( they dont give this information through email)

11th of April 2014 - Medical appointment

24th of April 2014 - Interview date - APPROVED!

2nd of May 2014 - Received Passport back in the mail

19th of May 2014 - MOVED! POE Atlanta - Never been faster through customs, no lines and it took the officer about 10 minutes to process my papers. Very friendly.

June 10th 2014 - Applied for SSN - They could not find me in the system yet, but the lady was very friendly and said she would process it later and call me in case she needed any more information or would foresee any delay past 2 weeks she would call me.

June 16th 2014 - Received my SSN

June 16th 2014 - Got our marriage licence - Although they said I did not need a SSN in case I had not received it yet. We called ahead.

June 27th 2014- Got Married!

Adjustment of Status

July 23rd 2014 - Applied for Adjustment of Status (Inc EAD / AP)

August 8th 2014 - NOA1

August 11th 2014 - Requested Expedite processing on AP

August 18th 2014 - Received appointment letter Biometrics Appointment

August 19th 2014 - Expedite request completed - AP approved and produced

August 28th 2014 - Biometics appointment

October 2014 - AoS Approved

January 29th 2015 - Green Card Received

Lifting Conditions

November 4th - Applied for Removal of Conditions

November 16th - NOA1

Great news about those who are moving on - congratulations! Come on TSC, Skype is great, but it's not the same! The rest of us couples are waiting to end the long separation and to finally start our lives together - you can help! So much for the June wedding we had hoped for; oh well, guess we'd better start lookingat July...

Just a little update for everyone. As you may know, we received our NOA2 March 4, 2014. We been pushing every since. We have just been approved to receive the visa as of today. Literally 3 weeks. I have already purchased a plane ticket for April 7th. The journey is over just about.

Just a little update for everyone. As you may know, we received our NOA2 March 4, 2014. We been pushing every since. We have just been approved to receive the visa as of today. Literally 3 weeks. I have already purchased a plane ticket for April 7th. The journey is over just about.

USCIS received our case November 27th and ironically, we had our interview March 27th. That's 4 months for everything. Took careful planning and planning ahead. We didn't receive a packet 3 or 4. However, we was aware of what the packet consists of. I prepared everything as soon as the approval. Then sent it Dhl. She planned the medicals early. Then she received the police certificate same week. I did the DS160 for her and let her sign and print it. Every Embassy is different however if there was a wait, it wasn't because of me because we was ahead of schedule. God is always good and if it wasn't for His provision, we would be struggling. He's good.

Congratulations on new visa approvals. :)

I am getting discouraged about this whole thing. Fiance called USCIS yesterday and tier 2 officer told him that they are working on Oct 2 filers and that they will get to our NOA1 date in about 41 days (business days), I am just totally speechless and frustrated. :(
