As long as you can fully explain the difference, I don't think it matters. I would keep his parents address as his main address, then use the new one for AOS.

Question.

I have already received the N0A2 from USCIS. I already received a notice that my case has been ship to the NVC. At what point do I my fiancé (the beneficiary) need to complete the DS160 online. In addition, do I need to complete one myself?

Lastly, based off those who are further along in the process, what forms need to have an original signature on it by the petitioner and sent internationally?

I did a quote on how much it would be to send documents internationally and it was a quarter over a hundred with ups, dhl or fedex.

Considering that, I don't want to just ship something and leave something behind and have to ship something else later. Please give me a little guidance on this endeavor. I am currently finishing up my support of affidavit.

I believe the DS160 only needs to be completed by your fiancé (not the petitioner) before going to the interview, and my understanding is that the Affidavit of Support does not need an original signature, so can be e-mailed to your fiancé and then printed out. It's been a few months since I researched this, so I could be wrong or there may be an update. Perhaps someone else can confirm (or correct)...

I didn't think the support of affidavit needed my signature but would just like an idea on what does, so I can make sure I get it to her as soon as possible you know.

Yes, this is evidently true, so thanks for clarifying! I could not find this on the instructions:

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134instr.pdf

BUT, in searching for this topic on VJ now, the original signature seems to be needed for proof and a photocopy is not accepted.

I have already received the N0A2 from USCIS. I already received a notice that my case has been ship to the NVC. At what point do I my fiancé (the beneficiary) need to complete the DS160 online. In addition, do I need to complete one myself?

From what I know, the beneficiary can pretty much complete the DS-160 form at any time - the question is, will it really matter if it's done too early? Some might want to get it done and over with quicker, but I doubt it will bring any advantage. And yes, as explained before, only the beneficiary fills it out.

Lastly, based off those who are further along in the process, what forms need to have an original signature on it by the petitioner and sent internationally?

Both the Affidavit of Support and the Letter of Continued Intent to Marry (which is not needed but recommended in the VJ Guide) need original signatures.

I wouldn't risk it - even if it may be more expensive, I would send the entire package, just to be on the safe side. Have a look at reviews for your embassy to see what sorts of things appear to matter the most there, and base your decision on that.

My fiance is going to send: a copy of the entire I-129F Packet, the Letter of Continued Intent to Marry, his I-134 and supporting documents, and our co-sponsor's I-134 and supporting documents (we're still waiting for these).

Here's hoping this will be the week for NOA2...!!!!!

I hope so too. We've been NOA1 for longer than you. The only time I called in, they told me to wait until 5 months had elapsed. For us, that means April 5th. There is also a very long wait in the Philippines for interviews. The only thing I can say as the petitioner is that I love Cecille and will wait till hell freezes over for her. Such is life. Good luck to you ERE&RVV!

Doesn't matter who has waited longer or less. We are all in the same situation and feeling the same separation angst as everyone. Let us just all be patient and confident that it is coming soon.

Anyone who is a filer in November and still waiting on NOA2, has been waiting long time now. I just want to get it before the 5 month mark so I don't have to call and raise hell((

I don't think you can track the package - haven't read that anywhere.

I called my local embassy yesterday, even though my status was still in transit as I was a bit confused because it says "NVC has given you an interview date". So I called and they said because it's still in transit, we have to wait. They said they would contact me when I get the package and I asked in what form (mail, email, telephone, etc) and they said it should be through e-mail. I remember when I called NVC about my case number, they had specifically asked me for my e-mail address as well as double checking if the petitioner's email address was correct as well.

Once my case on ceac status changes from in transit to ready, I will either give the local embassy a call again if I don't get an email. I also read on my local embassy's website (as well as their voicemail) that I am to fill out ds-160 before I can schedule an interview? Anyway...
