I'm counting by weeks, this is 2nd full week, next Monday, starts 3rd, I won't begin 4th week until after Christmas and New years, Im thinking many workers are on break, I was hoping to bring my fiancee the copy of the application, with our approval letter January, which might be our last time seeing each other until this process is complete.

Yeah me too!! I'm an e-mail/uscis junkie!!!!! I check my e-mail and phone constantly and then I check the website just in case the updated the site before sending the notification and everyday I go home I stop at the mail box before heading to the house just in case they sent the mail notification without the electronic one. I have become an email/uscis addict ever since, I've filed last month for my fiancé. I am patient but at the same time eager to read or receive something from USCIS. I just want to be with my love whom I miss so dearly.

our NOA1 is dated from nov 1st and still no NOA2. sigh.

it's taking its toll on me, and i don't really know why so i guess i'll just vent here can i?

i have a rent here until july so there is absolutely NO rush for me to go. on top of that, the longer we're apart, the more money we can save up so our lives together start in a more comfortable cushion. i also know that there is no evident reason for our case to be denied, we even have a sponsor to make sure that it's okay financially but i keep having those what ifs thoughts about details.

but it just drives me nuts. i'm getting super anxious about it even though, just like all of you, i can't do anything about it. hopefully i'll hear from our case before christmas. at least i get to see him for new years. i honestly don't know how i would've coped with the holidays alone on top of all that waiting.

i just have to deal with it.

I understand completely, taking the slow path good for us financially, start our life on stronger terms and help us in the long run. Everything makes sense but being apart just sucks no matter how sense everything else makes.

I don't understand the process I've seen post from 11 - 33 day approvals after NOA1 notice?? and VJ time line changes daily if not more..

After a long weekend off I am back and just checking in with you guys, any one received any of the NOA that they are pending from november filers to TSC? I am hoping that you guys did already and if not that they send you a response soon. Good luck to everyone.

Sparkle I really think you should have heard something by now. Don't know how helpful this may be but try calling them with my case I called them 3 times during the waiting period before receiving my NOA2. The first time they told me do not call until 5 months had passed, couldn't wait so I called a week later and they told me that they were only processing May 2013 filers so therefore my petition was on track and had 5 months worth of petitions ahead of mines to process and it would take a while. on the third attempt which was a 3 days prior to getting my NOA2 I was told that my case did not have a decision but that it was looked at and nothing was pending or missing and that same week on the 12th I got the text at 9:30 pm. Not sure if my calling really did anything but it did give me peace of mind to actucally speak to a live person about my case that gave me some information. I would like to think that it was my calling that helped but who knows with these people and the way they operate. Mines could have been a case of sheer luck and nothing else. I really hope that you and everyone waiting hear something soon.

Spousal visas are taking much longer. And really, as hard as it is to wait, and as frustrating as the process is, we've been at this for less than two months. We all knew, going in, that it was going to take several months.
