(Just FYI for you all, my fiance received the letter from NVC about the our case being sent to the Embassy. So, they do get sent out. I wonder why so few receive them.)

I know it's easy for me to talk because I'm not where you're at anymore, but I do very vividly remember the sense of frustration and powerlessness. You're not left out, and you're not alone. There are still some November filers waiting on the NOA2, and even filers from before. I know it's frustrating, I know it's upsetting and worrying. I wish I could help. :(

Hey Sparklepony, i am the same stage as you are but instead our status was ready on 4th Feb.

Does that mean Embassy has recieved it and are now ready for interview? because thats what the status seems to be but the Embassy say they haven't recieved anything.

18 November 2013 - NOA1 (4 days after sending package)

21 November 2013 - Recieved Text and E-mail with Case Number NOA1

25 November 2013 - Received NOA1 Hardcopy in Mail

25 November 2013 - Alien Registration Number Changed

14 January 2014 - NOA2 (54 days after NOA1)

17 January 2014 - USCIS Shipped to NVC

29th January 2014 - NVC Recieved and assigned Case #

4th February 2014 - Abu Dhabi Embassy Recieved our case and the status is now "READY" for interview

24th September 2014 - Interview date - FINGERS CROSSED!

From the moment I started checking my status on the CEAC website, I have seen: 1) "At NVC", then 2) "In Transit", and then 3) "Ready". Also, when it changed to Ready, it also had the numbers for my K1 and the two K2's, so I know it was at the Embassy by then.

It can take a while to get to NVC just keep checking with them periodically to see if they have received it. Mines took about 20 days from the notification that it was mailed to NVC for them to receive and issue a case number. Good luck to you, you are getting there.

Just wanted to let everybody know, that TODAY I had my medical in Frankfurt/ Germany!

The Lady that was checking me was so nice! Everything is fine and the documents are getting send to the embassy in Germany now (also in Frankfurt) :) I am truely so happy!! X-ray, vaccinations, everything is good :-)

And we were getting last Friday our NOA2 hardcopy in mail and the USCIS was changing our status online, also on Friday, that it is getting shipped to NVC now!! :) :)

When can we start calling them and ask for the case number???

Good luck to all those who are still waiting! I cross my fingers for y'all!

21 February 2014 - NOA2 hardcopy received in Mail // USCIS shipped petition to NVC

24 February 2014 - Medical Appointment - passed the medical :-)

03 March 2014 - Case arrived at NVC

06 March 2014 - We got our Case # & Case left the NVC... Online Status says "In TRANSIT" :-)

10 March 2014 - Case arrived at the Consulate...

15 March 2014 - Received Packet 3 // Sent Packet 3 off same day

22 March 2014 - Received Packet 4 - Interview on March 28, 2014

28 March 2014 - Interview appointment RESULT: Approved :-)))

Congratulations! Your sounding a lot more pleasant now, I would start calling for your case number about 2 weeks after NOA2, they should have one for you by then,
