02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

Hi everyone, I got a question, got my case number and I think my case is in consulate now. I checked my case status it says "Administrative Processing", what does it mean? I didn't even schedule my appointment yet.

Greetings fellow TSC's,

I'm a late Nov/Dec filer living over in the Dec Fliers' thread and one of our members had success calling this number (603) 334-0700 today and was told her case had already been approved and sent on while she hadn't received anything. Has anyone here tried that? I'm curious before I dedicate my heart into calling and playing the hold game there

I-129F sent 11-27-13

NOA 1 email 12-5-13

NOA 1 Hardcopy received 12-13-13

Alien Reg Number Assigned 12-17-13

NOA 2 text/email 4-23-14

Sent to NVC 5-6-14 Received 5-14-14

Left NVC 5-19-14 Arrived in Sydney 5-23-14

Interview Email received 5/27/14

Interview 6/24/14

Wedding 8/2/14!!!

AOS packet delivered 9/11/14

NOA1 texts 9/17/14

Biometrics appt: 10/6/14. We had 2 appts on dif days, but got both done at once and was in and out in 30min at the Nashville location.

EAD Notice: 11/25

EAD Received with wrong b-day 12/4 Contacted on Dec 13th to send it back and they will determine the next step about reissuing it.

EAD fixed by going to an infopass appt. The woman was able to fix it in the system and said don't waste the $ on a new EAD.

Potential Interview Waiver Received 3/2/15

Green Card in hand 7/29/15!!!

On February 12, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Today I checked the website and we got approved for N0A2! It was mailed today so I should have it by Friday or Saturday. We are very happy!

Same with us , we just got the notice today!!!

Really happy to see some nov filers ( and even an August filer) getting approved! Seems like they haven't forgotten about our pile ;). Lets keep them coming and have a few more of us moving into the next steps :)

18th Nov 2013 - Mailed K-1 visa application

22th Nov 2013 - Received NOA1 (with official receipt date of 20th Nov 2013 on the petition) from TSC

3rd March 2014 - Received NOA2 through email notification (101 days after NOA1)

10th March 2014 - Received hardcopy NOA2

12th March 2014 - Case shipped from TSC to NVC, notification through email

21st March 2014 - Received Case number from NVC after calling them

24th March 2014 - Case shipped to Amsterdam Consulate "in transit"

26th March 2014 - Case status changed to arrived "Ready"

26th March 2014 - Received packet 3 through mail, after contacting them through email

27th March 2014 - Returned Packet 3

3rd of April2014 - Received Packet 4 via post with interview data ( they dont give this information through email)

11th of April 2014 - Medical appointment

24th of April 2014 - Interview date - APPROVED!

2nd of May 2014 - Received Passport back in the mail

19th of May 2014 - MOVED! POE Atlanta - Never been faster through customs, no lines and it took the officer about 10 minutes to process my papers. Very friendly.

June 10th 2014 - Applied for SSN - They could not find me in the system yet, but the lady was very friendly and said she would process it later and call me in case she needed any more information or would foresee any delay past 2 weeks she would call me.

June 16th 2014 - Received my SSN

June 16th 2014 - Got our marriage licence - Although they said I did not need a SSN in case I had not received it yet. We called ahead.

June 27th 2014- Got Married!

Adjustment of Status

July 23rd 2014 - Applied for Adjustment of Status (Inc EAD / AP)

August 8th 2014 - NOA1

August 11th 2014 - Requested Expedite processing on AP

August 18th 2014 - Received appointment letter Biometrics Appointment

August 19th 2014 - Expedite request completed - AP approved and produced

August 28th 2014 - Biometics appointment

October 2014 - AoS Approved

January 29th 2015 - Green Card Received

Lifting Conditions

November 4th - Applied for Removal of Conditions

November 16th - NOA1

December 6th - Biometrics Appointment

We are still on waiting...

Some hadn't gotten notification for their paperwork through the USCIS website/email/text so for the person who found out today maybe it saved them a few days on mail delivery. I don't know, seems worth a shot to see if something important like an RFE got lost and we didn't see an update.

Congrats to Everyone who have their NOA2's I know it's been a journey of worrying and waiting but, many will move on to the next stage with ease and some will be in AP as I've seen a question about it posted here.

That number ( I know it by heart) is to the NVC in New Hampshire, if your in AP that could mean your approved petition will stay in AP for a couple of weeks before it's released to the consulate, that's what has happened to mines, been there since Jan 17th, some of you will only stay in NVC a couple of days and move on, I suggest calling after 2 weeks of NOA2 notice and pray your not In AP...

Hello!!

Still haven't heard back about noa2. I stopped reading the forums as much because it gives me a little bit of anxiety, but still check it every so often. So happy that you got approved Sparkle Pony and was hoping that I would be too around your date since we have similar timelines. But not yet :(

I still wake up every morning and check my e-mail with the USCIS email as what I hope to see. But no dice.

Hope other Nov TSC filers who haven't gotten approved yet are still holding on!! Sending positive vibes to everybody :)

Happy Valentines Day and hope the couples who are apart are having very loving (winkwink) Skype dates.

End of May 2015 - renewed my EAD/AP, got the NOA1 and another letter stating that I don't need to do biometrics appt.

June 11, 2015 - welcome to America letter! (no interview...no service request..)
