How's everyone doing on this Wednesday? I've read some have got updates and approvals, good luck everybody! The next step isn't moving any faster for me so, hoping when I call these LOVELY PEOPLE (@@) at the NVC I will finally here some good news.

Lovely Wednesday indeed. Hopefully you get something before the end of the week. Just think of it this way you are one step closer to getting done with this stage. And don't worry it doesn't get any less nerver wrecking from here. Busy yourself with getting ready the documents and steps you will need to take once you get to the Embassy stage.

Our K-1 Visa Journey: I am the petitioner
10/27/12 - Reconnected in person (1st visit)
11/08/12 - First phone chat upon my return to the US (we have communicated via phone, text, facebook, viber, what's app, tango, skype, magic jack, instagram everyday since)
02/08/13 - Second visit - I flew to meet him
05/24/13 - Third visit ( both flew to Antigua to meet his mom)
05/28/13 - Got engaged
11/01/13 - Package mailed via USPS Priority mail
11/04/13 - Package confirmed received
11/07/13 - NOA1 via text & e-mail
11/08/13 - Alien Registration # changed
11/13/13 - I-797 received in the mail (NOA1 Hard copy)
12/11/13 - Status changed to approved text & e-mail (NOA2) dancin5hr.gifrofl.gifdancin5hr.gifgood.gifkicking.gif

My fiance just called today and he asked the TIER2 Officer if we were ever getting a RFE since there were lately always people getting NO E-Mail about it or Letter! So we have no RFE so far and it's been almost 6 months that we wait for NOA2.

And they told my fiance that our case is still in TSC and in background checks.... Not Lost either she told him......

Omg I'm glad it's not lost!

So still waiting....

09 October 2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

23 January 2014 - Orderd Service Request

05 February 2014 - Answer from USCIS: Can't tell you any timeframe when we will approve this petition

14 February 2014 - VISA APPROVED NOA2 after 6 months and 2 days goofy.gifheart.gifheart.gifheart.gifgoofy.gifdancin5hr.gif

21 February 2014 - NOA2 hardcopy received in Mail // USCIS shipped petition to NVC

24 February 2014 - Medical Appointment - passed the medical :-)

03 March 2014 - Case arrived at NVC

06 March 2014 - We got our Case # & Case left the NVC... Online Status says "In TRANSIT" :-)

10 March 2014 - Case arrived at the Consulate...

15 March 2014 - Received Packet 3 // Sent Packet 3 off same day

22 March 2014 - Received Packet 4 - Interview on March 28, 2014

28 March 2014 - Interview appointment RESULT: Approved :-)))

02 April 2014 - Visa On Hand! :-)

06 April 2014 - Finally being with my Love <3 :)

20 June 2014 - Marriage <3, Key West, Florida

Every single time you post I keep hoping there's been good news for you guys. I can't even imagine how maddening it is for you, when I get so frustrated at the fact you haven't been approved. It makes no sense, no sense at all.

All the hugs and encouraging words don't really do much either, but we do have them for you. Just hang in there.

No RFE, its still there....hang in there little more Trisha, I am sure you will get your NOA2 soon.

Still wonder how long can it take between sending RFE and receiving NOA2.. We really want to get married on our 2 year anniversary (20th April) but we need the case to start moving :(

Hi everyone, for those who got your NOA2 already, how long did it take for your case to get to NVC and to get your case number? Knowing I'm a step closer now makes me very anxious. Based on the USCIS site they haven't sent my petition to NVC yet, i just got the noa2 a day ago. lol

Got my notice Jan 9 NVC received it Jan 17, but again with this process anything goes, because my petition is still at NVC 3 weeks later and others have got shipped to thier perspective Consulates within 2-3 days.. GO FIGURE? ?
