I think after almost 6 months we deserve a noa2 FINALLY!!

10/27/12 - Reconnected in person (1st visit)
11/08/12 - First phone chat upon my return to the US (we have communicated via phone, text, facebook, viber, what's app, tango, skype, magic jack, instagram everyday since)
02/08/13 - Second visit - I flew to meet him
05/24/13 - Third visit ( both flew to Antigua to meet his mom)

Another week comes.. hope it will bring more approvals. My timeline says we should get ours within next days - hope it's not going to wrong x) Though yes, I know, it's only based on users data. ^^

AAAAAHHHHHHHHH GUUUUUUYSS UPDAAATE!!!!!

The secretary from the senator we wrote an E-Mail and a letter too was writing us (my fiancé) an E-Mail!!!

She wrote him today this message:

I wanted to let you know that I had received an update from the TEXAS SERVICE CENTER.

USCIS has received your I-129F petition. - (OMG THANK GOD FOR THAT!!! Was my thought, when I read it, I thought it was lost!)

Currently your petition is being reviewed and a decision should be issued within 30 business days. I will check in with you again around March 17th. If you should receive notice of a change in status before then please let me know.

Thank you...

And I was crying so much an hour ago and wanted to give up in everything i was so down with everything and my life and 20 mins ago I got this message I'm so unbelievable happy again! How close these both feelings are to each other!!! Please keep fingers crossed for us that it will be finally approved soon everybody <3

But alone this message got me sooooooooooooooooop much endless hope you can't imagine!!! I'm ao thankful for hearing something finally after all these saddness!! Unbelievable! I called the customer service line for the first time today and it was a complete waste of time... The guy just told me that there were another 101 days expected on my petition and they were processing petitions from 8/16/13 which we all know is bs... I'm now officially after the VJ timeline projection D: Of course I will check it obsessively for changes regardless

On Jan 26 TSC received my RFE. On Jan 28 I received an email saying it was processing and that they had received it on Jan 28. I'm so nervous just waiting and worrying about the decision. Today I will fly back to China to spend two weeks with her. I hope we get good news while I am there. I read so many posts where people had a response in less than two weeks after replying to an RFE. Crossing my fingers and toes!

Well, that's just great... Today my fiance received a letter saying that they "lost" his birth certificate and he needs to send another copy... I don't know if I should panic or cry now... He is busy whole week and will send it on Saturday... But just... they COULD be more focused on their jobs... I hope that at least.. it means they are working on our case.

In a way, that's a sort of RFE. It sucks, but yes, at least they're working on your case and once they receive what they need, cases tend to be adjudicated within a couple of weeks.

Role, you and I should look at the positive side. At least they opened our file. Make sure any documents you send are stapled. Don't give them any chance to make a mistake because they will. Good luck!

I'm also a bit suprised since the case status on website didn't change also. But well.. Going to probably give them a call after we send the certificate to make sure they received it :/

That really sucks!!! had that happened to me before had to resubmit all the original forms and pay the fees over too. Please do not do like me and just follow their instructions to resubmit. Question them and request to move it up the chain had I known then what I know now I would have saved a lot of money and time. good luck and I hope it works out for you.
