Hi All,

I started this post as a source of support and information for all of us November filers for the Texas Service Center. It is a bit difficult to keep track of things as there are many different services centers processing applications and I am finding it a bit hard to get info from fellow TSC filers and just thought it would be nice to have a spot for us to meet, greet and share. I am a November filer from the TSC.

10/27/12 - Reconnected in person (1st visit)
11/08/12 - First phone chat upon my return to the US (we have communicated via phone, text, facebook, viber, what's app, tango, skype, magic jack, instagram everyday since)
02/08/13 - Second visit - I flew to meet him
05/24/13 - Third visit ( both flew to Antigua to meet his mom)
05/28/13 - Got engaged
11/01/13 - Package mailed via USPS Priority mail
11/04/13 - Package confirmed received
11/07/13 - NOA1 via text & e-mail
11/08/13 - Alien Registration # changed
11/13/13 - I-797 received in the mail (NOA1 Hard copy)

Hi, we actually filed October 31st but i guess that makes me us somehow a November filer as well. I think it's a great idea to have a post for the once filing through the Texas service Center.

Yesterday mine said between Dec 6th and 16th now that I look at it it says Dec 4th and 12th. I am so done with this estimated adjudication date on here. It keeps changing every day!!!! I am no longer going by it because if I do I will seriously lose my mind. Based of the provided estimated date I called the USCIS and they said my case is still pending it doesn't look like anything is missing or need but no decision has been made and it looks like it's going to take a while. I don't understand how that can be! they have looked at the case and if nothing is needed or missing why can't they just make a decision already? And am seeing later filers are already getting approvals. MAKES NO SENSE!!!! This is so frustrating. Later filers are getting approved? Really?

That could be why the VJ estimate was pushed up. All it is is a prediction based on the dates that other members put in. It has nothing to do with actual official predictions. I still find it useful, though...

This is true....I seriously don't understand how USCIS works. I don't understand how case that were filed after us receive approval before us. I thought thw process was set-up as a first come first severed process
