Hello, im back smile.png

I just need an enlightenment regarding my case. I am about to file my i751 (removal of conditional green card) in the next few months but in the form, they are asking information about my children. Is it just children of my present marriage ( I have one in this marriage) or including the children of the previous (I wasn't married before anyway but I also have one child on the previous) but the problem is, my child from the previous is out of status now ( a minor) will they remove my child? (oh i'm gonna die :'( ) we haven't filed yet a petition for my child because me and my husband got both sick and I gave birth so we spent a lot of money but we will petition my child sooner. I also don't remember if my lawyer put the name of my child in my I-485 and on other papers because they didn't give us a copy of everything and they (my lawyer and staff) already destroyed the papers. I don't want to take risk by hiding or putting in the form just the name of my child in this present marriage (who is natural born citizen here) but im terrified just imagining my child (in the previous relationship) who is out of status, will be removed if I put the name on the form. please I will appreciate so much if somebody will enlighten me even just a little bit. im freaking out. thank you so very much.

You need to list all the children and answer the relevant question correctly. If you still need help in answering the right questions, let us know.

If you/your lawyer filled out the first form correctly then your first child would have been listed on there. For the ROC you have to list all your children. Once everything was filled out properly and honestly you should have no problem having the right information available.
