I know, i know...clearly i didn't read the AOS guide properly and forgot to fill out I-693, or supply my vaccination record... will this result in an RFE? anyone else have this problem?

If your medical forms and vaccinations from the K-1 visa were completed and properly filled out, then you won't see a RFE.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

If the medical is recent enough and all necessary vaccinations were received, a I-693 is unnecessary*. However, if you didn't provide the DS-3025 to them, they may ask for it.

*I did just read that some people have gotten RFEs for the I-693 because other visas require it, so the processor is expecting it (even though it's not required for K-1s). Someone suggested having a civil surgeon transcribe your DS-3025 to the I-693 just in case.

I did get a medical exam in Toronto for my k1, and everything was good, and so was my vaccinations. but I didn't send that in with my AOS application because I figured they've already seen that I'm healthy and up to date to have gotten my k1 to begin with.
