Processing time for an approved Tourist Visa

i wish somebody can help me...

we applied for a tourist visa for my son and looking into the CEAC site says:

U.S. Department of State
NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION

Issued

Application ID or Case Number: AAxxxxxxxxxx Case Creation Date: 15-Nov-2013 Status Updated Date: 03-Dec-2013

Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than 10 working days, please see the webpage for contact information of the embassy or consulate where you submitted your application.

Su visa se encuentra en el proceso final. Si no la ha recibido en más de 10 días hábiles, favor de consultar la página web para información de contacto de la embajada o consulado donde usted presentó su solicitud.

Can sombody tell me how many days this will take until we get the visa at DHL? how many times does the status get updated? what status goes next to ISSUED?

what is the "Final Processing"?
