GOOD MORING. SO YESTERDAY DECEMEBER 4, 2013 I RECEIVED A EMAIL SAYING THAT MY CASE WAS TRANFERED AND TODAY DECEMBER 5, 2013 I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL SAYING MY CASE WAS TRANFER. WAS IT TRANFERED TWICE OR IF THE SAME EMAIL. HELP PLEASE

Our case got transferred Oct 29 and 30.. RFE Nov. 18.. today gonna submit what they asking..

  • Mar. 11, 2013 - NOA1

  • Oct. 17, 2013 - Called USCIS to change the address

Oct. 30, 2013 - Case Transferred to CSC

Nov. 18, 2013 - RFE

Nov. 25, 2013 - Address Changed

Dec. 02, 2013 - RFE hardcopy

Dec. 07, 2013 - RFE sent

Dec. 10, 2013 - CSC received our response

Dec. 13, 2013 - NOA2

Dec. 20, 2013 - NOA2 hardcopy

Dec. 24, 2013 - NVC received our case

Jan. 21, 2014 - Case number by calling NVC

Jan. 30, 2014 - Case number, IIN and to pay AOS (email)

Jan. 30, 2014 - DS261 available and submitted

Feb. 01, 2014 - AOS bill invoice and Paid

Feb. 04, 2014 - AOS bill invoice shows Paid

Feb. 06, 2014 - Received email to pay IV bill invoice

hi if you filed your case at the NBC ..NBC is transferring the petitions cases on 3 USCIS office. it could be Nebraska,California or Texas. expect a hard copy. that they will send you through snail/post mail. within 2 weeks after you received the notification through e-mail/texts. its a notice to let you know where/which exactly service center they transferred your case. and on that letter of notice they said that within 60 days after transferred you/we should have an approval/result.

January 13,2014 -------Case received at NVC
February 12, 2014-------NVC Assigned Case Number

February 25,2014------- Paid AOS & IV bill

February 27,2014------ -AOS & IV documents was submitted to NVC ( Completed DS-260 )

March 4, 2014 --------- NVC received AOS & IV documents

March 10 & 11,2014 -----( Done Advanced Medical at SLEC ) = Passed

March 21,2014---------- Case Completed

April 04,2014---------Received Interview Date ( P4)

May 5,2014-------- -Interview ( APPROVED )

Dont worry.Mine transferred 3 times 1st Nov.22 2nd Nov.25 3rd Nov.29 and Dec.6 APPROVED..soon u get approve.Good luck

RECEIVED THIS TWO EMAILS, WHATTHIS MEANS

On December 4, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

On December 5, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.
