If you get an email with the AOS invoice and IV invoice in the next few days then i believe its safe to assume that NVC will process your case. But since you got an email from NVC already that there are no available visas or your PD does not meet NVC's qualifying date I am not sure how it will work now. But if you do get an invoice to pay AOS and IV bill then NVC is seriously screwed up!

They can't send you an email talking about unavailability of visas and then after 10 days send you another one asking you to pay invoice unless they think VB will change that dramatically soon.

Goodluck anyway and keep checking the CEAC website often.

Forgot to tell you the email that I received from NVC which included IIN and Case# it says :

The NVC recently received this petition. The appropriate agent (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the further processing of this petition within 6 to 8 weeks."

Do you think that VB will change ?

Mail would be basically asking you to pay the AOS and IV bill online. I got the same error message when i tried accessing the CEAC website about 2 days after i got the case number. Had to wait another 2-3 days for the Invoice email from NVC asking me to pay AOS and IV bill.

Now since your PD is Sep 26th,2013 i am not sure if Invoice email will show up soon . As in 2-3 days. Wait for 2-3 days and see if you can log in to the website.

I filled I-130 for my wife and has priority date SEP 26, 2013.

My category F2A and my wife is not in USA. she is in my Country " EGYPT"

I received NOA1 on 10-1-2013

I received NOA2 on 11-1-2013

I emailed NVC on 12-1-2013, they responded the email with NVC case number on 12-4-2013 but it says also the following text

"Unfortunately, visa numbers are not presently available for your use. You will be notified when further consideration can be given to processing your application for immigration. The reason for this delay is that there are more applicants for visas than there are immigrant visa numbers available under the limitation prescribed by law"

So, My Questions:

1. Does it mean that NVC will not send anything to me until my priority date to be current or what?

2. What should I do next or What is Next?

Just need a clarification for what will be done

According to Jan visa bulletin the priority date for F2A is 8th of Sep 2013 so visa is available for any petition with priority date 8th sep 2013 or before. In your case your priority date is 26 sep 2013 so it is not current. Collect all your civil document and get ready when your priority date becomes current you will be contacted by NVC till then you get your paper work ready what you will need after your date becomes current.

I don't know that NVC will send documents by mail or not to my spouse.. Do you know?

If they will send by mail something to Egypt, can I do something to let them send it by email or to me ?

Sure. When you call them up next time, you can give email of the spouse. They generally have ask for the email of the Petitioner, Beneficiary and Attorney (if you have one) when you get your case number or you could ask them to update it.

Which documents? Invoice? If its invoice then you both will get it assuming NVC has the email address of both.

I still couldn't get access for ceac.state.gov, when I enter IIN and Case# still showing nothing.

Until when I should wait,

I'm F2A as you know and PD is Sep.26-2013 which is not current yet.

Also, let me ask you a question,

Suppose my PD came current next VB which means Feb-2014, just give me approximate date for each one below

1. How long the process will take until I finish and package to be completed? (approximately)

2. How long the process time for NVC to assign Interview for my wife after my package completed ? (approximately)

Regarding your two questions :-

1) It all depends on how soon you send your docs to NVC and whether they are all correct. Assuming you don't get a checklist for your docs then NVC takes 30 days to review them. Total time at NVC from when you get your case number, payng fees, sending docs, NVC reviewing docs will take 1-2 months. 20-30 business days is fixed for NVC to review. Rest depends on you.

2) I don't know. Check this forum for how long it takes to schedule interview at the consulate in Egypt.
