Hi,

I received a rfe gor my i 751 case. My case wa transferred to csc. Can smbdy tell me at what address i have to send back documents. I didnt receivrd any return envelope.

The address to send the RFE response to should be listed on the RFE itself; check both sides of every page.

Send *copies* (not originals) of evidence, each item very clearly labeled with your case number from the biometrics appointment letter, to: USCIS California Service Center, P.O. Box 10751, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075.

Be careful to the address you are going to respond to because there will be consequences if it is not the write one. I have recently received one. on the blue sheet that was sent to you; read carefully just after the deadline that was set to. it will say send it to the address on the bottom of this sheet. mine was P.O.BOX 10590 Laguna Niguel CA 92607. make sure u write ATTN : RFE. the address that ivriesling provided was for applying to remove condition. the pobox are different for RFE. if you don't see any address on the bottom call them to make sure you don't put yourself. hope this is helpful. good luck

Your RFE letter should tell you where you should submit - did you get the RFE after the transfer (I should think so)?

By the way, just to make sure, are you a July 2012 filer or July 2013 filer?

Please check the RFE letter which will have the address where you can send the evidence along with a copy of that letter. They don't enclosed a return envelopes.

Uscis does not send return envelopes. The mailing address should be on the paper that lists the documents they are asking for on the RFE
