I-601 waiver APPROVED !!!

Hi everyone , I can't believe that I had an email from USCIS NSC has an APPROVED US !! On December 2 , 2013 .. Can't describe how happy I am !! It say that has a mailed to my husband's home to receive an instruction letter in the U.S. and don't know what I will need to do next to step. NSC has a sent a notify approved case forward to DOS OR NVC not know how long they will receive the case from USCIS NSC?? It's kind concern me about closed cases since Jan 2013 but it will reopen my case Once NVC OR DOS receive the approved case from NSC ? I hope everything would be alright ?

Do you have any likes similar situation case ? I will pleasure to have you share this . THANKS !!

You should receive a notice from the NVC withing a month or two advising when your appointment will be in CDJ. The NVC sends your case to the US Consulate.

Our waiver was approved back in August and we recieved notice of our appointment in Juarez come October. My husband is currently waiting for his waybill after being approved for his Visa!

Ajor~ Thank you , I just got some info from DOS in CDJ , Mexico so They already sent an IL package will delivery to that via DHL office in CDJ , I will have to go back to Juarez possible next week I am waiting for the waybill show up on my acct . I am curious if you did receive the IL package back in August does show English or Spanish the instruction and etc or only Spanish ? due to I can't read Spanish at all. I will appreciate you share this
