ASAP and start to gather letters of hardship, criminal records, proof Y spouse should

come back and U cant go live with spouse...not a DIY situation, but U need atty today

Charloh4 ,

I have been return to the U.S. from Mexico since one months ago .. I currently live in Colorado ... I m not sure where you present living in ? Are you USC or the beneficiary ? Are you an immigration visa or non- immigration visa ,You would sent it to 2 different address which you rather sent it to :

USCIS Phoenix Lockbox

For U.S. Postal Service:

USCIS
P.O. Box 21600
Phoenix, AZ 85036

For Express Mail and Courier Deliveries:

USCIS
ATTN: 601/212 Foreign Filers
1820 E. Skyharbor, Circle S, Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034

Hope this will help you as much as I would ...
