Thanks for your post! Today we got a case update again moving us back into "card production." We hope they send the card fast because we are about to travel abroad on May 13th to visit my husband's family, and we would much rather have the green card at the airport than the advance parole!

Hi did you log into your uscis account & see what it says on there as you might have a tracking number for the green card

Congratulations to all who have been getting notices or approvals! Yay!

Well, its been almost a month and a half since our AOS interview and over a month since we sent our RFE over to our IO. No updates or anything from USCIS. My lawyer has not been to proactive with our case and so far no follow up from him. I am not sure why the immigration officer was such a mean one.

I am so disheartened by this whole process which has given me doubts on why I even want to become a LPR here in the US. I love my husband & made this so called great country my home for the last 12 years. Since I have applied for adjustment I can not leave the country to go back to Canada to see my son graduate from high school this coming May 8th. If I leave, this will definitely make it impossible for me to apply again and the possibility of being barred from coming here and I have a young family here. I just hope and pray that an approval will be made soon so I will be able to get this whole experience behind me. Praying all will work out in the end. Just venting guys....thanks for listening.

Don't be disheartened. I'm in a worse situation than you, haven't heard a word on AOS since biometrics. What can I do?! Called USCIS, they merely told me that my Norfolk office is still processing September candidates. -.- no interview waiver letter either. Sigh.

@moments12. I am sorry you haven't heard anything yet. It is always nice to read the happy endings and success stories of the other filers on this forum which has given me some hope...but for my own story...it doesn't seem like I will have a happy ending. I hope you will get some answers soon. Just waiting....and waiting...this is getting old:(

Yeah no worries I know what you mean! I too wonder if we made the right decision to move here instead of staying in my home country. Getting old and frustrating, what's new? =(

Can anyone explain this: USCIS just updated processing timeframe for Portland, OR office, and now they on cases from October 24 (as of March 31, 2014). But an update before this one was stating that as of Feb 29, 2014 they were on cases from October 29. How's that possible? They going backwards?

Update today saying that the card was sent, but still no tracking number.

You should get a tracking number, but it will show up in your account on the USCIS in your portfolio.

Sara.25 I was wondering same too. Last month it said by February 28 the last case they had processed was filed in October 28, and then today after the updates, it shows that by March 31st the last case they had worked on was filed on October 24th..what????

That is so awkward and super sloooooooow! I seriously regret having Portland as my local office. Some March 2014 filers are even starting to get interview dates and we Portland filers are still waiting smh

Hi! The interview took place in Phoenix. We filed in December 2013. The RFE was the last 2 passports issued to me prior to the one I already submitted. I came here to the US as a traveling nurse since 2001. So I worked on a TN Visa. Every time I renewed my TN, I had to surrender my old one in order to get another one. The IO wanted evidence to see my port of entry stamps on my passports. I told her that when I went back to Canada or returned to the US, my passports were never stamped. I usually drove back across the border. She wanted the 2008/2009 years. I don't know what she is looking for but they were sent off by my lawyer the folding monday.

Anyways, still no news and the USCIS site doesn't say that she even received the RFE. It's just frustrating.
