2/1/2016 - I-751 sent (ROC)

2/3/2016 - I-751 received/NOA1 letter sent

We mailed our AOS Package last December 04, 2013. I received a message from USPS and it says that...11:21 am. on December 08, 2013 -( ITEM DELIVERED )

Till' now "NO" news yet from USCIS:(

Mailed our applications Monday, 12/2/13 and received 3 text messages and emails on Sunday, 12/8/13 from USCIS indicating they've received and are processing the applications. biggrin.png
Checks were deposited on Monday 12/9/13.
Hopefully, all goes well for me and everyone else here too!

Apparently we used the wrong post office. Sent it Priority 2-day on the 10th, and they've only just handed it over to USPS today!

We got out receipts for I-485, I-131 & I-765 but unfortunately they have got the wrong DOB for me. It was actually a mistake on our end i guess. While filling the forms my wife put the dates in dd/mm/yyyy while the for needs it in mm/dd/yyyy. Not sure how to deal with this mistake sad.png ...has anyone been through this kind of error ?

We sent our AOS package with USPS express on Monday 12/02/13. It was received on Tuesday 12/03/13 (with signature, although I signed a waiver for the signature).

On Monday 12/09/13 late night I got three texts and three emails with my new tracking number. So far no mail in the mailbox but the case status on the EAD and the AP is in "Initial Review" since Dec 4 and for the AOS it says "Acceptance" and that they have received the biometrics fee on Dec 6 and mailed me a letter with further information (which hasn't arrived yet).

I hope we'll all have a smooth journey from now on. All I care about right now is my EAD since I'm sick of sitting around doing nothing ;) But Christmas is coming up and that helps a lot!!

Nov 30th 2012.....Filed Petition I-129F

Dec 6th 2012.......NOA1 (VSC)

May 29th 2013.....File got transferred to TSC

June 18th 2013....NOA2 (after 196 days!!!)

July 9th 2013.......Case is sent to NVC

July 18th 2013.....Medical in Munich

Aug 28th 2013.....Interview in FRN - Approved!

Aug 30th 2013.....Visa in mail!

Dont worry it usually takes few days before they open the envelope and look at it i guess, but you will get an email or text soon:)

Tracking finally says it was delivered today (3 days late and on a Sunday?).

Now just to wait for some messages from USCIS and hope all goes smoothly from here...

Received my biometrics appointment letter in mail yesterday and decided to try my luck with walk-in. It was successful! :) So now, hopefully, they have all they need.

Sent my I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 on Nov 22, they were delivered on Nov 26, the I-797C forms were issued on Dec 3. I got the actual NOA1 copies in the mail around Dec 10. Got my Biometrics Appointment scheduled on Dec 27, but I think I might just walk in and see if I can do it sooner than that. A lot people seem to be doing this. My case status for I-130, I-765, I-131 is under "initial review", but the case status for I-485 seems to be stuck under "acceptance". Anyone knows if that's normal? My files are sent to NBC, still don't know if it's a fast center or not. Anyone knows how long it's going to be until the interview?
