Yay!! Lol smile.png have you heard any word on your EAD? What area are you in?

It is still in "Initial renew" state...it might probably be delayed for me due to the date of birth correction on my applications. I am in Carson City, NV and papers are being processed at NBC.

8/13/2008 - F-1 Visa (POE: JFK)

5/11/2010 - Graduated

7/10/2010 - OPT Granted

7/10/2011 - OPT Extn.

8/2011 - Became friends

3/10/2012 - First date

3/17/2012 - Officially dating wub.png

4/28/2012 - Employer applied for H1B

8/1/2012 - RFE for H1B

9/1/2012 - RFE response sent(and changed to premium process)

9/15/2012 - H1B Granted

9/17/2013 - Got Married dancin5hr.gifkicking.gif

11/27/2013 - AOS papers sent

12/5/2013 - AOS papers received {Day 1}

12/10/2013 - NOA1 received for I-130, I-485 and I-765 {Day 5}

12/18/2013 - Biometrics appointment received {Day 13}

1/3/2014 - Biometrics done {Day 29}

1/14/2014 - NOA2 for interview set on 2/19/2014 {Day 40}

2/15/2014 - EAD Approved {Day 72}

2/19/2014 - Interview done waiting for approval {Day 76}

3/3/2014 - GC Approved!!!! (Card Production Ordered!!!) dancin5hr.gif {Day 88}

2/1/2016 - I-751 sent (ROC)

2/3/2016 - I-751 received/NOA1 letter sent

3/10/2016 - Biometrics done

8/15/2016 - I-751/ROC approved. Card being produced.

Finally! EAD says card production and AP says post decision activity. Thank god!

Mine too!! Jan 31 approved for AP and EAD! I can't wait to receive the card! I was worried because we are moving in March, and I was afraid there was gonna be a problem with the address change. Hopefully they'll send it before we move! Yipeeee

I checked my emails this morning and had 2 emails from uscis. One for the EAD and one for AP. Went to the site immediately of course just to double check :)

Hi! I am so worried after seeing everybody here in December filers waiting for their EAD and interview date. For me, i haven't got my appointment letter for my biometrics! I called USCIS and they told me to wait for another 15-30 days. What center do you think i need to call for faster update on my case? Thanks

August 27, 2013 - Received letter from NVC

September 3, 2013 - passed my Medical @ St. Luke ( 2 days medical Sept. 2 and 3 )

September 06, 2013 - CFO seminar

September 11, 2013 - Visa Approved smile.png

September 11, 2013 - my visa status changed from ready to AP

September 12, 2013 - my visa status changed from AP to Issued

September 16, 2013 - Visa on hand smile.png ( 3 business day after my interview )

October 01, 2013 - Detroit (POE) Welcome to Michigan

November 17, 2013 - Got married!

Feb 07, 2014 - Check status online ( For Testing and Interview )

Feb 26, 2014 - Check status online ( EAD card production and AP approved)

March 03, 2014 - EAD card is coming ( March 5 according to USPS )

March 05, 2014 - Got my EAD card

March 06, 2014 - Got my Interview date ( April 15, 2014 )

12.26.2013 - NOA for Biometrics appointment. Date set for 01.10.2014
01.10.2014 - Biometrics appointment
01.16.2014 - USCIS requested more docs
01.20.2014 - Requested docs were sent by lawyer
01.28.2014 - Received txt/email notication that the case is under 'Response Review'
02.15.2014 - EAD card production ordered
02.24.2014 - EAD card was mailed out of KY

02.25.2014 - I-485 status online changed to "testing & interview"

02.27.2014 - EAD card RECEIVED

05.07.2014 - I-485 status showing the interview date updated - Interview on June 12, 2014

I filed for AOS on 12/20/2013 and got NOA1 dated 12/24/2013. But still no Bio-metric appointment. I registered a service request online, about 10 days ago. I tried calling the 1-800 number , the customer service representative did not have any information on why there was no Bio-metric appointment.

What should I do?

You should have gotten it by now.. I think it will be a better idea if you post this question in a separate thread, since in this one are only people who are just starting this process and we probably don't know... Maybe in a separate one people with more experience or that have gone through this before will be able to give you better answers or advice in what to do.
