Hi,

Got some questions, I will ask the easy ones first !

Part 3 A and B

  • Place of last entry into the US. Should this be where I landed, ie Florida ? Or should it be where I went through P.O.E, ie Toronto ?
  • List your present spouse and all of your children. (Even adult sons and daughters). Obviously I put my wife's name here, but she has adult children, do they have to be added too ? We as a couple do not have any children

Now my last question: I had intended on taking my wife's name for personal reasons for us both. But it seems it not as simple as that, I would have to petition the court to change my name, should I do that now or should I wait till this process has finished ? I am worried if I petition the court they will change my name and then i file this form with the new name it will mess things up ?
