Hey guys , do you have any idea how long after your 1-130 Petition is delivered to Chicago P.O box USCIS takes to accept your Petition. Our Petition was sent off through USPS November 25, was suppose to be delivered November 27. However USPS ended up delivering it on Saturday November 30. How long do we have to wait until e-notification from USCIS. ( I guess I am being a little anxious as it has only been almost 3 business days lol but I just really want to know how long it took from y'all experience).

check your bank see if your check was cashed if you file G-1145 then you should receive a tex or e. mail give it about two weeks you should get a hard copy noa-1 in the mail.

Hi jkelly07,

Thanks so much for responding unfortunately we didn't use a personal check, we used a Chase cashier's check so we can't check to see if it has been cashed. Ok I guess I need to give it some time to receive a emal/text and noa-1 hardcopy.

We definitely are Mockingjay. Lets hope we get approve within the 5 months that California Service Center says they are processing in. Also let hope that the Visa Bulletin starts moving soon so we can be in the process of our visa by this time next year. Good luck to you:-)
