HELP AGAIN.. anyone who had the experience using the online scheduling and got prompt message like this? the email address below that i purposely deleted is our travel assist company's email address, they used my personal details before for the PIP B1/B2 visa. I am now trying to schedule my interview appointment but cant proceed because of this message. Please let me know the telephone number i can call. Thank you VJ'ers.

If you created this profile in the past and forgot the password, please use “Forget your password?” function on the login screen. If this email isn't familiar to you, please contact our helpline through Provide Feedback option in the left menu or by sending the email to our helpline. Please don't forget to attach the scanned copy of your passport’s data page to your feedback message/email.

Just create another account using another email address that you could access. They'll send you a copy of the interview appointment which you have to print and bring it with you at the time of the interview.

Thank you all, i called my company travel assist Department to make things cleared up. and they called the embassy under PIP to allow me use my old file i was able to set my interview appointment now.
