Package 3 was sent

Hey VJ Family because my I130 was not processed at NVC and sent directly to the US Embassy in Santo Domingo, I called DOS today and was told that on Nov 28th Package 3 was sent out to my husband. Does any one know whats the next process, of course because of the snail mail at DR who knows when he'll recieve it LOL. Anyways I thought the interview would be scheduled before the Package is sent out...ughh I'm just confused. Any info is greatly appreciated!!! xoxoxo

Have them email the package to you or your husband.

There is no packet 3. That is an internal checklist. Dr only sends packet 4

there is no packet 3, just packet 4. in dr its a courier that delivers the packet. for my fiance at the time, he didnt receive it because they were not able to find his address, so instead it was me that received it in the mail here in FL. you can email them and request it via email.

and that is right, they normally schedule the interview, THEN they send out packet 4. but who knows with dr. email them and see what they say

Can you use the emailed packet 4 letter for the medical? I understand it has to be on blue paper.
