I believe that this form is completed online and then one prints it out as it generates a bar code with the information on it. I do not believe it is an online submission, just printed from online. Do it again and print that and bring that.

Proof on ongoing relationship from time we submitted until now

My unabridged birth certificate

Police clearance certificate from home country and countries I've lived in.

The visa fee

Medical receipt?

DS-156 and DS-156K forms?

Any reassurances that I'm fine, will be GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you!

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

The ds156 and 156k that the previous person mentioned are no longer needed for the k1 visa after Oct 2013 (so if you were approved before this then I would double check what way you should be filing). Now, everything is filled in the ds160 electronically, and as the OP said, the confirmation page is all that is required of the applicant to bring to the interview (I believe it should be stamped though by the medical appt/biometrics).

From what I see here it seems you the only other things you may need are W2/tax documents of the sponsors for the i134. However, whether or not they are NEEDED depends on the embassy it seems. I'd check with your embassy to see if you need to provide these.

Also I hear it's good to bring a copy of the i129f and the forms submitted with that as well as if you have any hard proof of marriage intentions (i.e. engagement ring receipt/photos, wedding venue, invitation list, plans, etc).

Read through your country's packet 4 for better idea of what is expected of you at the time of the interview.

Good luck!

Read the Johannesburg consulate reviews. The Nov reviewer did the 160 online but was still ask for the 156 and 156k. We are erring on the side of caution and he is taking everything that might be asked for. Whether or not it is listed. Better safe than sorry.
