hi

no, you cannot file the EZ because that is for petitioners with no co or joint sponsors. that you have income over the poverty guideline yourself and don't need a co sponsor or joint sponsor

you will file the i864 as sponsor. Is the joint sponsor married and will use his or her spouses income? only one form per person.

who is the other person, direct family living in the same household? fi not, then the other person is a joint sponsor and will use another i864 and will mark I am the only joint sponsor

now if joint sponsor will need spouses' income, then the spouse will file an I864A, a contract between joint sponsor and household member (spouse)
