Hi, I am a USC, and I married my wife in Vietnam. When my wife is 4 months pregnant, I filed I-130. Can I apply CRBA for my daughter (4 months old now)

so I don't have to supplement anything about my daughter to the I-130 for my wife. I don't want to have to have to do I-864 ( Affidavit of support for 3 people (my wife, my daughter, and I) ) because of the requirements and I think I am not met.

Also how much do I need in bank to sponsor 2 people if I don't have a job.

How much do I need i bank to sponsor 1 people if I don't have a job? In case my daughter is granted CRBA?

Thank you.

hi

you can do that but anyway you have a family of 3, it doesn't matter if she Is a USC or not, your daughter is your dependent

son on the i864 you will count 3, your wife the beneficiary, you have one child and yourself, at the NVC stage you have to send her birth certificate

Oh ok, so what can I do?

On my online DS-260 I think I made mistake when answering question about my child. I chose that my child will not join us to immigrate to U.S. at a later date or something like that regard to my child on the form. I thought because when she acquire CRBA she has passport then she is not immigrant. What should I do now?

And also somebody has the answer about how much I need in the bank?

Thank you so so much.

Your child is not immigrating to the US. A US citizen does not "immigrate" to the US.

You did not answer incorrectly, so stop worrying about this.

Google "I-864p 2013." Look at the 125% poverty line for 3 people which is around $24,000.
