I have completed 6 months of time frame and wrote letter to the member of congress.

This is what I received in mail today "At this time, USCIS records confirms this case for Mr. MB is pending. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the I-129F will be completed"

I don't know how to react to this letter.

Thanks,

MB

Jon York... I talked to my fiance about it but he's too negative..thinking that if we get too many people involved we can affect our case or something like that. I believe that he didn't send the 2nd senator the consent for after we received a response from 1st senator stating that our case has been pulled out for review and that we would here a response within the next few days ;S ( still waiting). He is a conformist. So if I ask him to get the congressman involved he would flip out. He said he would call USCIS himself on Monday and if that doesn't work I'm going to blow up on him!lol!

I was just like him. But DRbound and I were comparing different methods. DRbound did the "let's call everybody everyday" method. And I did your fiance's method. Drbound was approved before me (8 days before so far), but he got his NOA1, I think just a couple of days after I did!

So, I think Drbound found the right method - and us laid back guys have to follow his lead!

And for what it's worth, it seems to me that congressmen are having a little better luck than senators. I too had a senator who could care less. But the congressman's office got right on it after I talked to them today. So I strongly think everybody should get on their congressmen right away.

Tell your fiance our method didn't work! But the other method seems to be working.

Mine also went straight to post decision activity. I called NVC and got my case number though and its currently at NVC.

So it's been 10 days since my case number was assigned at NVC and they still haven't sent it off to Morocco. Is this strange? When I first called NVC they told me they only hold on to them for a week before sending them off.

Me, too. Mine took exactly 3 days after NOA2. I guess I can start calling NVC early July for my case number.

Hello December filers. I am beyond frustrated, stressed and very desperate. Me and my fiance have been patient and our 6 months will be on the 24 th. I'm beginning to wonder if the reason a lot of December filers are still having to wait is because we were not assigned a case worker. Did they just put our applications at the bottom? I come on this site everyday and see MANY couples that are desperately waiting and its so unfair that we are still waiting while others have been approved. I don't try to sound like a hater but I am bitter that we November, December and January filers are still waiting and being told to wait even longer. I think a portion or a percentage of our fee should be refunded due to the circumstances but I know that will never happen. CONGRATS to those that have been approved and I am praying for us who are still having to endure the pressure of the unknown, waiting, constant checking uscis, texts, VJ & e-mail. Sorry I just had to vent today. Hang in there guys all we have is FAITH AND HOPE. So ready to be with my love from Ghana.
