December 2013 filers

Its true. we get all excited and check constantly on the USCIS-My Case Status. and yes, hopefully we will all receive our NOA2s (those who still havent received them) and those waiting for their case numbers. I cant wait. ♥

Hi everyone! We're also December 2013 filers.

We received our NOA1 on December 23rd and had the Alien Registration number assigned on December 27th.

Now we're just waiting along with everyone else to hear something and learning patience.

Hey guys! We sent our I-129F package on November 29, and our NOA1 was December 4th.

My question is, on the USCIS website I just noticed our application was updated to say:

Post Decision Activity

On January 21, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Is that NOA2? We did not receive any email or text for this (although we signed up for the electronic notification), I am however assuming that by mail they mean regular mail through the postal office.

It has barely been 2 months, and the average processing time was set to be 5 months, so I am a little excited/curious!

Omg we thought as much but its so unbelievable, 2 months, right?! This is amazing Hope it gives some hope to all of you as well! Just to shed some light on our process, we provided a lot of clear evidence of our relationship and having seen each other over the past 2 years, and we were very thorough with the entire package. Gah we need to prepare for the NOA2 now, we figured we wouldn't start until a month or two from now in case we got an RFE! I guess this at least fits well with sending a valentine's present too

We just got our case number a few minutes ago. My fiance had to try calling a lot of times before finally being able to get through. I guess a lot of people are calling them. I am so happy right now.

Congratulations! It's so good to hear that some December 2013 filers are starting to get their NOA2's already. I'll keep our fingers crossed for the rest of us that are still waiting.

I'm December filer, sent 129F on 12/5 and got my alien registration number changed on 12/17/13. Now I'm waiting for NOA2. When reading lots of posts and checking Igor's list, I'm wondering if CSC has slowed down their K-1 processing since very few cases got approved recently.

I also checked the USCIS status of "batch" group around my receipt number and see most of us are in "Initial Review".

Hope all filers get approved soon!

we got our noa 2 yesterday! was at work so couldn't post it then, and spent the night online with my darling instead of coming here, lol. but we were approved! they are doing a phenomenal job at uscis! we are all ahead of the curve i think! congrats to all who got theirs too, and take heart those waiting, it is going very fast now! and now i need the hard copy one so i can send in the docs, lol. i have almost everything ready, started collecting it so that i would be ready just in case. so happy!
