Just called again today to uscis and demanded a tier 2 officer. Not sure why... thinking maybe they could tell me more about my case. everyone so far I've talked to was polite but this chic didnt seem like she likes her job very much. She told me the same thing I was told yesterday from a tier 1... and that they have 14-30 days to respond to my service request I put in online on the 30th. Heard the same storytoo that they are working on December 3rd apps now. Getting impatient!!!

My fiance also called in like 4-5 days ago..and they told him the same thing..They are working on Dec. 3rd filers! I asked him to call today and ask to speak to a TIER 2 Officer..and to put up a service request..will definetly tell you guys what answer he gets...

Well not everyone in thier can be working on December 3rd. I wonder if they do it as an average of what everyone says they are doing, for example the furthest behind adjudicator is on 10th November and the furthest forward is on 15th Jan so they do a median value of all the adjudicators.

K1 Visa timeline: 12/27/2013 Filed paperwork

12/29/2013 - received at Dallas lockbox

1/2/2014 - Got NOA1 email with case number

1/7/2014 - Received hard copy of NOA1

1/9/2014 - Alien registration number changed

8/1/2014 - NOA2 email

8/11/14 - Petition shipped to NVC

8/22/14 - NVC sent petition to Dublin.

I guarantee all these march april and may filers that are crying about the predicted wait time and messaging their senators has slowed down the process for the people who waited patiently..

I ripped into them on a couple threads about how A.) stop pretending that they are writing their senators to change the system when they really just want a fast approval for themselves. B.) that they are being a little inconsiderate because it causes the USCIS to bump their cases up above the people that have waited and C.) that they are being ridiculously impatient waiting 2 or 3 weeks then writing a senator about their case

You are so right. Expedites and senator inquiries 5 month is hurting people like us who wait patiently. So not right.

No ones petition is lost. They have all your petitions guys and I can honestly say that they will be approving them soon. I remember waiting at that last part before we got approved and I was going crazy. When we finally got the notice of approval email and text I didn't believe it at first. Just hang in there and if you have any questions please feel free to PM me!

Called and spoke to a Tier-2 office just now and was basically told the same thing as everyone else that they're currently working on December 3rd petitions. Mine is December 13 so hopefully I'll hear something from them soon.

Reached out to my congressman office again to see if they heard anything from their USCIS liaison.

Fiance called USCIS and a nice lady picked up. We explained to her we wanted to put up a service request and explained to her how the situation in Venezuela is not getting any better. She said she needed to exact date we filed and that she would help! I hope soo... I will pray!

Any news, let me know.

I will....I gotta correct myself...the TIER 2 OFFICER needed the date they received our package for her to be able to help..my fiance didn't know that and he didn't provide that..She said that when he finds out the exact date to giveit to her on Monday. :( Now we have to wait ... :clock: untill Monday!! : ( it's ridiculous though because she's suppose to have that (COMPUTER)

The same thing happened to me both times I tried to do a service request. They can see it right in front of them if they are a tier 2 anyway... regardless, your man could have given them an estimated date... I said the 10th one time and then the 20th the next time. Both resulted in them telling me that they are working on Dec 3rd and to give it another couple of weeks! Nothing lost though because even if they would have allowed him to file a service request I dont think its going to do anything anyway!

If you really want to open a service request you can do it online like I did... dont have to wait for monday for that but I dont know if it is as effective.

I tried doing it online but it doesn't work..it says something that we are still pending or whatnot...Well the lady said she would help but she needs that date...so Monday, he will ask to speak to her or with another sweet lady that answer and give them that information....Maybe they need that date because they have it all stacked upin boxes with the received dates..for example...The Dec. 3rd received packages in one place..Dec. 27th in another place..etc..idk maybe i try to see it as something positive...if they do help us..i will definetly tell you guys :) I just have to wait until Monday or next week to get an answer!
