go up to your name at the top, click the down arrow and then go to "My Timeline" then to edit and please put your information there.

It helps VJ with their time estimates.

You timeline, Is the time it took from your NOA1 - NOA2 - NVC - The Medical - The Interview - The visa - The Port Of Entry - Marriage.

If you click on your username in the top right corner, There will be a "My Timeline" Button and just fill out the dates there, It will help other people If you need anymore help, Just ask away

I don't know who can call. I didn't have issues but I am the petitioner.

Just know that sometimes the line rings busy (a lot, actually), sometimes it is an error message, and sometimes you will get through! Expect wait times up to an hour. I have had pretty much all pleasant experiences with the reps at the NVC, so that is nice. It took about 15 days for them to receive my case from TSC and process it into the system and assign it a case number.

Once you get the case number you can track your case online using the CEAC.

I-129F approved...finally. Took 6.5 months (Filed on Dec 16, 2013).

Now, waiting for next stop at NVC.

Yes...sorry...5.5 months...it just felt like 6.5 months. LOL

The Congressional Liaison at the USCIS Texas Service Center informed me that your case is in the queue to be assigned to an officer and a decision will be made once the officer reviews the case. Please let me know if you have any questions.
